OPEN REFORMER
From the complete beginner to teens, pregnant women* and the more advanced participant, this class caters for every body. Focusing on the 6 pilates principles - flow, precision, control, centering, concentration and breathing, Open Reformer is an exciting blend of traditional and contemporary pilates designed to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, posture and coordination. No matter your experience level or your motivation for attending, you will leave this class feeling strong, stretched out, and sweaty!

FIT & FUNCTIONAL (50+) REFORMER
A class exclusively for over 50s that welcomes all fitness and experience levels. Fit & Functional caters to those with movement limitations, health contraindications and chronic pain - as well as those without! Staying true to Joseph Pilates' traditional pilates method, this class will help to build and maintain your overall strength, and improve your flexibility, balance, joint range of motion, and your mood. Come and age gracefully with us.
MENS REFORMER
We strive to break the stigma that pilates is just "for women". These men's only classes aim to get more blokes giving reformer pilates a try. Expect a humbling full body workout that will not only challenge your core, but give you a better understanding of what it means to be strong. Elevate your golf game, improve body awareness, kick injury to the curb and move better on the job site with Mens Reformer.
PERINATAL REFORMER
Perinatal Reformer brings our prenatal, postnatal and mums & bubs* communities together. Build overall strength, improve your mobility, core and pelvic floor function and strengthen your 'support system'. These classes will help to prepare your body for labour, childbirth, and carrying and nursing your new babe. They will also help you to regain strength following the huge physical, hormonal and emotional upheaval of pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood.

TEEN REFORMER*
A fun and challenging class that promotes the healthy growth and development of your teenager in a safe and supportive environment. Focusing on the fundamentals of reformer pilates, these sessions aim to improve strength, posture and coordination, as well as minimise injury risk (super important for those sporty teens).

STRONG
New in 2025 is our weights focused, circuit based, whole body workout called STRONG. This semi-private style of group training allows you to work with a variety of equipment under the watchful eye of your instructor, ensuring that you perform your exercises correctly whilst getting the most out of your workout. Lift heavy things with confidence, and in good company!
50+ STRONG
A weights-based strength class exclusively for over 50s that welcomes all fitness and experience levels. We also cater to those with movement limitations, health contraindications and chronic pain, allowing you to exercise safely and confidently.
